If you are unable to help with your time please feel free to support us with things like our annual Prom, large company wide trips or extra funds for our clients who most commonly are on a tight budget.   4. A DMV driving record check may also be required depending upon position.

Fun Fact: I am a previous race car driver (9yrs) and after spent 18 yrs in professional racing as a chaplain and a public address announcer. I have been married almost 40yrs and we have 3 beautiful daughters, all married, and 3 grandchildren.

Breane Fenton, Mistletoe House Program Manager: I love getting to know the individuals we support. Also, supporting them in the things that interest them. Fun Fact: I’m petrified of clowns.

Katie Goltz, Regional Employment Specialist: What I love about getting up in the morning and going to work is the possibility of someone getting a job! When a client gets a job, nothing beats seeing the excitement on their face. Fun Fact: I love going to concerts and festivals! I have been to over 75 shows in my life and I love seeing live music.


John White, Ellis House Program Manager: My favorite part of my job is every day is different. Fun Fact: I do 3D animation.


Korina Kafton, Director of Administrative Services: I love the organization and attention to detail my job entails. My favorite is walking into the office and having the whole gang talk to me about what they are doing that day. I love that they want to share that with me. Fun fact: I love going to Disneyland! Even if it’s just to walk around because the lines are too long. I used to have sister dates there once a week when I lived in LA, and I even have a Minnie Mouse tattoo!


Marybeth Wilson, Polk County DSA Program Coordinator: My favorite part about my job is the smile on the individual’s faces when we go on a new outing and making them feel special every time they come to the day program. I really enjoy helping the individuals we work with! Fun Fact: I’m from Louisiana!

Kirsten Becker, Employment Division Director: I love helping the individuals I serve find meaningful integrated employment that allows them to become more successful and independent. Fun Fact: I just received a new granddaughter from my youngest daughter and my oldest daughter just announced she’s getting married!


Christina Sergant: Employment Specialist: I love when I can help my clients learn a new task and put a smile on their face. Fun Fact: I love the outdoors and hiking. I’m also a collector of animals :)


Michelle Tovar, Yamhill County DSA Program Director: The best part of my day hands down, would be in the morning when the first client walks through the door everyday they come to the program! And to know I can be a part of them living their best lives! Fun Fact: I collect Christmas Legos and Disney lanyard pins!
