B² is delighted to be offering Employment Services as of May 2021. Many of our clients have unique skills and ambitions they are excited to pursue. With the help of B² job coaches, job developers and Vocational Rehab - Our Employment Division’s purpose is to support our ambitious clients in the working world so they are independent, achieving their goals, and create life long relationships with people in their community.

We serve individuals that experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We take your talents, skills, and strengths and help you find meaningful, gainful, integrated employment in the community. We continue to help you through your journey with Job Coaching Supports.

Small Group Employment

• 2-8 individuals along with one staff that comes into a business and work together on specific tasks

• Examples: Janitorial, assembly, landscaping/maintenance

• Schedule depends on employer’s needs

• Building skills for future individual employment

  Individual Employment

• For individuals ready to work in the community

• Generally part-time

• A job coach assists the

  individual to learn the job, training and orientations

  Discovery

• Over this three-month period, individuals will discover their unique skills and prepare for employment opportunities

• Clients engage in activities that they enjoy, and B² staff will assist in transferring these skills to related employment
